What the job involves
- Creating a great office environment
- Putting together and updating company policies, documentation and processes
- Performing HR-related tasks when needed (i.e. I-9 Verification)
- Liaising with our suppliers, and finding new suppliers when necessary
- Coordinating and organizing office activities and social events for our team
- Overseeing office supplies stock
- Managing deliveries and office mail
- Greeting visitors at the office
- Taking responsibility for onboarding & off-boarding processes including IT equipment and maintenance
- Liaising with our global HR team located in Stockholm on US specific matters and for the right person there is opportunity to be part of global HR projects
- Handling procurement of IT-equipment
- If possible helping out with simpler it-support questions (keep an eye on the #it-support channel)
- Supporting/ coordinating with the IT-team in Stockholm for IT-related activities requiring on-site presence
