Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience in either system design or in one programming language (Java, C++, Python, etc.)
- 3 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers
Desirable
- Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field
- 5 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies
- 5 years of experience working with Unix and/or Linux operating systems/commands
- 5 years of experience with data analysis and SQL/MySQL
- 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- 5 years of experience in operations management (i.e. process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows, etc)
What the job involves
- Maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in customer and/or partner organizations to deliver or manage quality technical solutions and services
- Assess and identify gaps and issues in current products based on user feedback or metrics analysis. Support communication of product gaps and issues to internal teams (e.g., Product Management, Business Development, Engineering)
- Contribute to product requirement documents (PRDs) to record product specifications, validate PRDs to ensure customer/partner and internal needs are met, with some guidance
- Assist in scaling existing or creating repeatable solutions (e.g., best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code) and ensuring effective documentation of repeatable solutions with some guidance
- Assist in writing solution code in collaboration with internal or external developers/users/partners/clients/stakeholders (as needed)
