Technical Project Manager, Tucows

• 6+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in the SaaS, IT, CSP, TelCo, or ISP industries
• Strong technical background and ability to communicate effectively with engineering and product teams
• Proven experience leading external client-facing projects and managing stakeholders at all levels
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and remote-first environment

• We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead the execution of complex, high-impact projects across our internal teams and external customers. You will be at the forefront of onboarding new clients, managing technical implementations, and ensuring seamless coordination across engineering, product, and business teams. This role is critical to our mission of delivering scalable, agile software solutions
• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic and technical projects, including client onboarding, integrations, migrations, and platform deployments
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles across multiple Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring quality, scope, timeline, and budget adherence
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate intuitively with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment and transparency
• Drive Agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, ensuring iterative delivery and continuous improvement
• Identify, manage, and communicate project risks and dependencies
• Track and report on project progress, KPIs, and resource utilization using project management tools and dashboards
