What the job involves

Develop strategic plans to achieve annual sales targets and expand our client portfolio
Develop and manage lead generation plans and activities
Harvest new leads and prospecting for potential new clients
Identify key decision makers and scoping opportunities across potential new clients
Qualifying opportunity and organising sales meetings to show case our value proposition
Lead new clients through the sales cycle from nurture to conversion
Work with the Marketing Manager to tailor campaigns that showcase our proposition
Proactively work with recruitment to agree strategic plans to balance supply with demand
Represent the business at networking events to support growth and brand
Work closely with Client Partners to pre-mobilise candidates ahead of client introduction and qualify opportunities
Drive engagement and a culture of continuous improvement across our business
Support successful on-boarding of new clients with Client Partner and Delivery Manager
Manage commercial proposal through the procurement process
