Role
Who you are
- 8+ years of well-rounded analytics experience, ideally with experience in the technology/ subscription/health industries and within a rapid growth environment
- 5+ years of experience in working with senior leadership and product leaders on large projects
- 5+ years of experience in analytics areas that focus on supply chain and/or membership growth
- 3+ years of experience in owning data products and driving strategic utility of data
- 3+ years of progressive experience in healthcare analytics, is preferred
- 8+ years of experience in big data technologies (Redshift, S3, Databricks, Datalakes, Spark…)
- Advanced tech stack in SQL/Python/R/Looker/Tableau/Statistics
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
What the job involves
- Drive strong business outcomes through high impact and data-driven projects
- Provides thought leadership with cross-functional partners by translating business problems into analytical frameworks, independently recommending actions based on insights
- Operates as a subject matter expert on statistical analysis, test and design of experiment, analysis methodology, and financial impact analysis for Care Member domain knowledge
- Delivers compelling presentations of findings with clear and actionable recommendations to multiple levels of leadership and cross functional leads to drive improvements for Care Member
- Develops data product requirements to automate reports, iteratively build, and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for strategic analytical needs
- Coordinates with data engineer teams to execute on short term data-driven initiatives and formulate a long-term vision of data analytics architecture
- As a senior level member, this role is expected to have influenced both internal and external analytics and data roadmaps

The world is facing a growing mental health crisis. In 2022, the US saw the proportion of the population with acute anxiety, depression, or other mental health needs grow from 20% to 40%.
Headspace is a digital mental health platform best known for its guided meditation and mindfulness app, which has expanded into a broader suite of mental health services. Through therapy, coaching, meditation, and self-care tools, the company is making mental health support more accessible and preventative.
In 2021, Headspace merged with on-demand mental healthcare provider Ginger in a $3B deal to form Headspace Health, a move that brings clinical care and everyday mental wellness into a single platform. Today, its services are being used by more than 100M people and over 4,000 enterprises, including Starbucks, Adobe, and Paramount.
Demand for virtual mental healthcare continues to rise, and the market is becoming increasingly competitive, with players such as Hims & Hers Health entering the space. However, Headspace stands out by combining clinical care with everyday mental wellness tools, expanding its offerings through strategic acquisitions like AI health firm Sayana, and now bringing its services directly to businesses in the UK, positioning itself for growth bon a global scale.
