Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, with meaningful exposure to Sales, Client Solutions and/or other customer-facing roles
- Proven full-cycle recruiter (sourcing through close) who can run multiple searches at once without dropping quality
- Strong understanding of how to hire and scale revenue teams, familiar with common GTM role profiles, what “great” looks like at different stages, and how to assess for performance predictors
- Comfortable partnering with senior leaders and pushing for clarity on role scope, process, and decision-making
- Scrappy, proactive, and resourceful. You move fast, solve problems, and find signal even when requirements are evolving
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder with excellent candidate care
- Data-informed mindset. You measure what matters and use it to drive outcomes
- Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams
- Curious about or experienced with AI tools for recruiting, and eager to test and optimize
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a high-energy, mission driven Recruiter to join our People team
- As our second recruiting hire you'll partner closely with our Go to Market Teams
- You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from intake to close, and build repeatable hiring motions that help Courier scale thoughtfully and fast
- You’ll be an advocate for candidates, a trusted partner to leadership and hiring managers, and a champion for Courier’s culture as we grow

- Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles, with a heavy emphasis on Sales, Client Solutions, and Marketing
- Partner closely with the GTM leadership to define role requirements, success profiles, leveling, and headcount priorities
- Run high-quality intakes and build structured interview plans that evaluate technical competencies, collaboration, and impact in a consistent and candidate-friendly way
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top engineering talent, including targeted outbound, referrals, and market mapping for priority skill sets
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with an emphasis on speed and quality
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, tight process, and thoughtful closing, while keeping interview teams aligned to SLAs and decision timelines
- Use data to manage funnel health, including conversion rates, time-to-fill, source quality, and offer acceptance, and continuously improve our technical hiring motion
- Evaluate and implement recruiting tools, including AI-powered sourcing and workflow automation, to improve efficiency and signal
- Collaborate on employer branding, helping tell Courier’s story to technical talent and positioning why Courier is a compelling place to build

As one of the only custom-built patient-based CRM platforms on the market at present, Courier Health differs from custom-built software that can become expensive and unwieldy. Its Series A funding is being funnelled into product development and hiring across engineering and sales.
