Product Designer, Press Loft

Desirable

• End-to-end product design: Own the design process from ideation to implementation, working closely with the founder, developers, and other team members to scope features and define roadmaps
• Design & prototyping: Use Figma, Creative Cloud, and other tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Work with components and design systems in Figma to create scalable and consistent design solutions, while continuously refining and improving them for better usability and efficiency
• Cross-team collaboration: Work with marketing to assist with email designs and graphics, support customer service by improving product usability, and collaborate with data analysts to enhance reporting interfaces
• Quality assurance: Partner with developers to ensure the final product aligns with design standards and delivers a seamless user experience
• Design advocacy: Champion design best practices, workflows, and processes to continuously improve user experience across the company
• Metrics & goal setting: Help define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of design solutions. Collaborate with the team to set clear design goals and use data-driven insights to optimize product performance and user experience
• User research: Conduct surveys, interviews, and usability testing as needed to gather insights and improve features
