Who you are

Good understanding of programmatic advertising technologies; predominantly DSPs and SSPs and the APIs and protocol that connect them
Knowledge of open RTB specs and standards
Understanding of XML, JSON and SOAP requests
Experience of working with technical integrations, within a commercial environment
You will have a natural aptitude for dealing with a number of projects at once, balancing the swift release process with the need for attention to detail
Ability to collaborate hand in hand with technologists and support teams to build solutions and solve both business & design issues
Proficient with agile, Kanban, and JIRA will be advantageous
Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and a focus on thorough conclusion of projects
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build relationships
Good ability to resolve and articulate complex technical concepts and issues, and translate to non-technical teams
Self-motivation and the ability to navigate a large organization, but remain agile to the needs of a new business unit
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Economics, Marketing or related field or demonstrated strength in such disciplines

What the job involves

Lead the DSP integration team with direct management of junior team members
Collaborate with the Commercial team on prioritiszation and drive execution with the team
Under the supervision of the Product & Customer solutions manager, participate in the Go to Market of VIOOH’s new features
Validating that the functional and non-functional requirements are appropriately implemented within the solution, within close collaboration with our QA team
Troubleshooting all issues, during integration, owning allthrough to a successful resolution
Maintain, make evolve and create new processes to increase efficiency by keeping in mind quality and cCustomer satisfaction
Maintaining updated technical specs for the VIOOH platform, but also document the nuances of each partner platform
Driving training, documentation, and product support for colleagues and customers, and support Sales Efforts for Programmatic and API customers
Mentor, support and guide junior team members

Out-of-home (OOH) advertising has been damaged by the pandemic. However, VIOOH aims to play a pivotal role in helping the sector get back on its feet, by seamlessly bringing together media owners with media buyers.

Having launched in 2018, VIOOH focuses on the supply side, supporting media owners in their revenue diversification strategies and helping them to maximise digital budgets. In 2020, VIOOH was already deployed in 16 markets, and their goal is to continue to increase the number of markets they trade with.

VIOOH already works with the likes of American Express, Gucci and Danone to deliver demand-side support, along with JCDecaux on the supply-side. JCDecaux is also their primary investor, reflecting the relevance of their position within the media industry.
