• 7+ years of experience as a product or user experience researcher
• Strong quantitative analysis skills

• Reporting to the Product Design Manager, Senior Product Researchers are trusted advisors at AliveCor and champion the use of research to inform and drive product direction
• Senior Product Researchers collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Subject Matter Experts and Engineers to define research problems and then execute research studies to solve them. It’s their job to own and drive research projects from start to finish
• Senior Product Researchers also provide mentoring and support to team members and help evolve the research capability to meet AliveCor’s evolving needs
• Conduct research studies in accordance with the needs and priorities of the Product Team and translate data into actionable recommendations to inform product decisions and long-term roadmaps
• Develop processes and standards aimed at providing “just enough research” to fulfill AliveCor’s needs
• Define and refine UX research processes and standards to promote the value of research in the organization
• Communicate with Design and Product teams to identify areas of opportunity for explorative and generative research
• Advocate for research opportunities with team members and leadership
• Mentor team members on research techniques and deliverables
