What the job involves
- As a Senior Product Manager at Zivver, you’ll shape a product that meets these needs by focusing on our end users and ensuring smooth integrations with tools they already use, like Google Workspace and Outlook, for effortless secure communication
- Success in this role means deeply understanding our users—their challenges, needs, and the features that will make their make their daily tasks easier and more secure
- You’ll use these insights to guide the product roadmap, putting user needs first to create secure, intuitive workflows that make our users advocates
- Build a deep understanding of the end users at our customers and prospects
- Understand the email security market: the competitive landscape, technological trends and regulatory developments, and translate this knowledge to action within the organization
- Shape the product vision and strategy by combining your market understanding with company goals
- Prioritize product features and manage the product roadmap to balance short-term achievements and long-term vision
- Act as both a Product Manager and Product Owner, working directly with scrum teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with the roadmap
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development processes
- Understand our product, performance, and our business through a quantitative lens
- Act as a product advocate, communicating the product’s value and benefits to internal teams, stakeholders, and the market

With this, it becomes increasingly important to secure the messaging infrastructure as these communication environments are less secure.
Zivver offers a secure communications platform for organisations, especially those in regulated industries such as government, law and healthcare, to enable secure communication, namely through email data protection and secure file transfer. Cloud-based secure messaging products and solutions that offer this security is a market expected to grow rapidly - and indeed, Zivver has been recognised as one of the fastest-growing technology companies according to Deloitte.
Similar companies offering solutions for organisation communications include Realtyme and Netsfere. Zivver plans to continue adding other useful features to their product such as digital signatures, secure forms and secure video. It will invest its capital, backed by DN Capital and SmartFin, to continue market expansion in the UK as well as other international markets.
