Role
Who you are
- 5+ years' experience in a customer success, Relationship Management, Account Management or similar role
- Take pride in organisation, collaboration, and the fine details
- Experience building and maintaining relationships while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewals
- Have an empathetic and positive attitude with customer success always at the forefront of your decision making
- You will be required to travel quarterly for approx. a weeks’ time to visit customers, as well as meet monthly in New York with the US team
- To be successful in this role, you will be tech savvy, curious about interesting applications of VR, and have experience of working in a product-centric business
- An understanding of healthcare would be a bonus, either as a clinician, healthcare practitioner, or someone who has worked in a SaaS Health-tech business
What the job involves
- We are looking our newest Customer Success Manager, you will be the US representative, playing a crucial role in helping customers get the most out of the Virti product. By building exceptional rapport, your goal will be to drive adoption, utilisation, and renewals
- Onboarding new customers, as well as drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers
- Identifying opportunities for customers to act as Virti Champions
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Engineering, Product to support renewals, expansions and upsell opportunities
- Project manage customer requests and queries, and feedback insights from customer needs to review with product development
- Manage the onboarding KPI’s for customers
- Face to face meetings on site with customers (e.g. Texas, UK, etc)
- Workshop facilitation and guidance to customers inhouse teams
- Liaising with L&D on any learning requirements based on customer needs
- You will work closely with the Customer Success Manager in the UK along with other members of the team across the UK and USA

Its VR technology has delivered labour-intensive training at scale so that medical professionals can build a knowledge base without having to be in the hospital.
Virti’s Training and Assessment platform has won multiple awards, such as VR Healthcare Company of the Year and Best Start Up Award Winner of the Healthcare Business Awards.
The company has already shown a 230% increase in knowledge gain for healthcare professionals using the platform, and a 52% reduction in skill-fade post-training for employees. Although the company isn’t short of competitors in the VR space, the increase in demand for scalable remote healthcare positions Virti well for the future.
