Role
Who you are
- We are seeking someone that is committed to helping enterprises close the gap between climate-related intent and action by scaling the client base of the world’s leading Carbon Planning platform
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within an enterprise SaaS environment
- Proven track record in pre-sales, including leading demos and solution design sessions
- Experience leading customer success engagements and driving value for multiple clients
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing implementation programs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to configure and analyze SaaS products for customer needs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
Desirable
- Experience leading upsells, cross-sells, and expansions for a B2B SaaS product
- Experience working in early-stage startups
- Experience working directly with a Founder
- Experience in sustainability, environmental management, or related fields
- Technical proficiency with highly configurable SaaS platforms, including API integrations, reporting configurations, and data analysis
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and support implementations
- You have solid understanding of carbon management and are familiar with the complexities and opportunities for emissions reduction

What the job involves
- Clarasight is seeking a high performing Solutions Advisor to join our team and take our current momentum to the next level of growth through the acquisition of and value delivery to new customers
- This hybrid role combines pre-sales solutions consulting, implementation management, and customer success management
- You will play a crucial role in guiding our customers through their journey from initial interest to full deployment and ongoing success
- Deeply understand Clarasight's product, value props, and competitors to serve as an internal and customer-facing expert in these areas
- Lead product demos for a subset of early/mid-stage prospects, showcasing the value and capabilities of our platform
- Conduct solution design sessions for mid-stage prospects, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions
- Manage the implementation programs for new customers, ensuring timely and successful deployment of our solutions
- Configure our SaaS product to meet the specific needs of assigned customers, providing analysis and recommendations for optimization
- Tell compelling stories with data, helping customers and prospects derive value from our product and services
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 5-7 assigned customers, leading their customer success journey
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre-sales support and ensure a seamless handover to the implementation team
- Provide ongoing support and training to customers, helping them to fully leverage our platform and achieve their decarbonization goals
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing customers
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team, contributing to the continuous improvement of our platform

Corporations are steadily making greater efforts to address their carbon footprint, and investment into sustainability focused companies is reaching new heights. Indeed, investment into ESG funds doubled from 2021 to 2022, while global sustainable investment is up around 70% since 2014.
Clarasight (previously Climate Club) has entered the space with a platform that engages employees in carbon emissions reduction, or as the startup puts its, “embeds sustainability into the employee experience”, by helping track their emissions through business travel and remote work.
It’s a clever idea, and the company’s timing is excellent, especially considering that many polls now show that around 70% of employees want to work for sustainable companies, while it’s a deal breaker for around 25%.
Clarasight's emergence from stealth in 2022 was no quiet event either. CEO Adam Braun is a best-selling author and celebrated non-profit leader, while the company’s customer base already includes Meta, Lyft, and Bain & Company made sure of this. With three rounds of seed funding already behind it, Climate Club will continue to onboard big-name customers.
