Solutions Consultant, Tractable

• Extensive experience in client-facing roles with large enterprises
• Hands-on pre-sales experience in enterprise SaaS or top-tier System Integrator
• Analytical rigor and intellectual curiosity that enable you to deeply understand the customer’s needs / goals and to define the right solution in Tractable’s product portfolio
• Compelling spoken and verbal communication that adapts to large variety of stakeholders (up and down the customer hierarchy, across functions)
• Strong track record of supporting sales motion with large and complex enterprises, including owning key steps in the sales cycle
• Experience in internally managing enterprise sales processes, including Proof of Concepts, RFPs and RFIs
• Technical/quantitative background 1) ability to configure a demo, perform data analysis etc. using scripting (Python/JavaScript) and SQL; 2) understanding and ability to explain API integrations and high level architecture
• Native level fluency in German language and business level fluency in English

• We are looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant who will be passionate about driving AI adoption in the real world and fueling our business growth in the DACH region, through a combination of AI expertise and close collaboration with the largest enterprises in the industry
• Introduce leading organizations in DACH to the power of artificial intelligence in order to drive adoption and revenue growth
• Working closely with Regional and Sales leadership, drive understanding of our technology and its impact, and ultimately bring new enterprises onboard in one of our largest markets
• Develop relationships and build trust with key stakeholders at target accounts
• Own key steps of the business development cycle, including product demos, proofs of concept, technology deep dives, use case scoping, and business case development
• Collaborate with potential customers to design the right workflow and integration to maximize the impact of our technology within their organizations
• Run point across Tractable’s teams on high-impact RFPs and RFIs
• Collaborate with our Product, Machine Learning/Research, and Engineering teams to shape the AI product roadmap based on market feedback
• Be the go-to AI expert for our DACH business and for target customers
