HR Operations Generalist, Aircall

• 3 years of HR experience, or equivalent qualifications
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• As Payroll Manager for EMEA & APAC, you'll lead payroll and HR operations across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional support for our global team.
• You'll work on exciting projects to enhance systems, streamline workflows, and drive meaningful improvements in HR processes
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation, and off-boarding
• Maintain and update HRIS systems with employee data and support reporting needs
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies across all HR operations
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies
• Support audits by preparing required documents and records related to HR operations
• Manage end-to-end international payroll operations ensuring accurate and timely salary delivery
• Work with our payroll provider to ensure payroll processes align with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
• Facilitate seamless payroll transitions during onboarding and off-boarding
• Maintain accurate employee records while safeguarding sensitive data
