Senior Manager for Marketing Automation and Operations, Dremio

• 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing operations in a B2B environment
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo and SFDC
• BA/BS ideally Marketing, Finance, or Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven ability to partner with sales ops and comfortable working with senior executives from finance, marketing, and sales
• Ability to coach/mentor a team of Marketo developers
• A self-starter who is innovative, analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment work with stakeholders to manage competing priorities

• As the Senior Manager, Marketing Automation & Operations you will be responsible for all things related to Marketo
• You will work closely with the Marketing Team to help them execute against their strategies to meet and exceed their goals
• You will optimize systems, processes, and data to help the business run efficiently and scale over time
• You will lead the team that builds and executes campaigns in Marketo, and you will own and optimize the email channel, testing, learning, and improving engagement and response rates
• Manage and optimize Dremio’s Marketo instance. Building, maintaining, and optimizing marketing programs, smart campaigns, lead scoring, etc…
• Manage the Marketing Database, maintaining data hygiene and ensuring data and segmentation continue to evolve to support the Marketing strategy
• Perform technical maintenance on Marketo instance, including monitoring system performance, ensuring SFDC sync is working effectively, resolving system issues, and managing technical setup and integrations
• Define and manage the campaign planning, intake, and execution processes
• Ensure Marketing campaigns and data management comply with legal requirements, globally
• Manage and train the campaign operations team, ensuring accurate and timely execution of Marketing Campaigns
• Own and optimize the email channel, testing, learning, and improving engagement and response rates
• Work closely with Product Marketing and Field Marketing to design, implement, and optimize Email programs, Nurtures, and Events that educate and engage customers and prospects
• Work closely with Marketing Analytics and Sales Operations to manage and improve the end-to-end funnel, ensuring everything we do can be tracked and effectively reported on
• Consistently look for ways to improve, automate, and scale systems, data, and operations
