Who you are
- Active status in a program to receive a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and extremely organized (this is a strong requirement)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Motivation as a self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and problem-solve
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google G Suite
- The ability to understand and report insights from data is a plus
- Intellectual curiosity in technology
- The ability to work at least 20 hours a week starting in Fall 2024
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing systems a plus (but not required)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) a plus
- Previous internship experience a plus
- Knack for writing
- Interest in learning how complex campaigns and programs work
- Passionate about helping others learn

- Gain experience targeting and creating programmatic marketing campaigns
- Learn the ins and outs of a product-led growth motion
- Assist the customer marketing team in developing creative assets
- Assist with data gathering and normalization to scale go-to-market efforts
- Support the SDR team on research and data enrichment tasks
- Manage your own customer marketing and advocacy program
- Practice writing copy that converts for SaaS personas
- Gain experience in marketing automation systems, like Marketo, and other marketing/CRM tools
- Maintain Sales & Marketing databases, assuring data integrity
