Who you are
- Recent Graduate – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing or a related analytical field. Majors in Computer Science, Data Science, or other technical fields are a strong advantage
- Passionate About AI & Technology – Genuine interest in AI and developer-focused products
- Clear Communicator – Able to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Detail-Oriented & Organized – Comfortable juggling multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Team Player with a Growth Mindset – Excited to learn quickly, take initiative, and collaborate with a high-impact marketing team
- Experience with Marketing & Analytics Tools (a plus) – Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SQL, or marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce) is a plus

- As a Marketing Operations and Analytics Associate, you’ll gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of marketing, working closely with experienced marketers, sales teams, and product experts

- Support Marketing Campaigns – Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, content marketing, and event promotions
- Marketing Analytics & Optimization – Track campaign performance, analyze results, and identify opportunities to improve ROI and drive continuous optimization
- Content Creation – Help develop marketing materials such as blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and product collateral
- Event Coordination – Support the planning and execution of industry events, webinars, and conferences to engage AI engineers and decision-makers
- Market Research & Analysis – Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to help refine messaging and strategy
- Social Media & Community Engagement – Monitor and engage with online communities, ensuring our messaging reaches the right audiences
- Sales & Product Enablement – Assist in the development of sales collateral, product messaging, and training materials for internal teams
Our take
Machine learning is rapidly becoming a fundamental and mainstream automation tool used across many industries. The issue, however, is that monitoring, assessing, and improving ML models is costly, and especially tricky without monitoring capabilities. It’s created a market demand for ML monitoring tools, and Arize’s platform offers a rich suite of them.
The Arize platform gives developers and operators comprehensive oversight of their models with tools including performance tracing, drift detection, and integration and deployment. This provides a crucial guardrail: as more decision-making is handed over to ML in areas like insurance and loans, poor ML model performance can have a catastrophic effect on both individuals and customers alike.
Remarkably, given this development, ML observability platforms aren’t yet in huge supply. Arize startup rivals like Censius and WhyLabs are making strong headway, but a clear winner has by no means yet emerged. Arize has, however, netted some major customers: Spotify, Instacart, Uber, and P&G are a handful of the major clients that will help it lay a strong foundation in what is anticipated to be a highly lucrative market.
