Role
Who you are
- You have strong experience in a similar role/ working within a people & culture department as a proactive strategic partner to the business
- You can confidently explain employee relations processes & law to your managers
- You have an in-depth understanding and previous experience working with People related risk and compliance
- You are comfortable running weekly workshops for manager training, support and guidance
- You are approachable & authentic with a kind and caring demeanour and high E
- You have excellent experience in designing and delivering training workshops
- You have exceptional leadership coaching skills
What the job involves
- You will partner with our CPO, offering strategic input and consultative ways to a specific business area & are responsible for driving the People & Talent strategy within it
- You embed role modelling behaviours across the business, always have them at the forefront of your mind
- Running weekly workshops for manager training, support and guidance
- Coaching and promoting the right behaviour–mitigating any concerns before they become issues
- You are the escalated point of contact for complex employee relations concerns, working closely with the CPO to mitigate risks
- Effectively communicates a plan and vision to both team and to management at a project level and gets buy-in on solutions
- Provides feedback on projects outside of their core area
- Makes others (both above and below) better through mentorship or guidance on specific areas related to their functional knowledge
- Contributes to the career development of others and empowers those around them
