What the job involves

Reporting to the Head of Business Development on the Business Development team, the Partner Specialist is a key operational driver within iSpot’s integration pipeline
This role is highly administrative and project-driven, specifically focused on managing a high volume of deliverables and documentation during both Proof of Concept (POC) and Implementation phases
You are responsible for ensuring that concurrent workstreams move from “scoping” to “active” without any loss of momentum
POC Deliverable Management: Serve as the primary tracker for all items owed to and from partners during the POC phase. You will manage a high volume of deliverables, ensuring every item is accounted for and delivered on time
Operational Command: Maintain the "master source of truth" for all active integrations. You will run the administrative engine of the partnership, ensuring that meeting notes are translated into immediate tasks and that every stakeholder knows exactly what they owe next
Tactical Project Coordination: Act as the daily connective tissue between iSpot’s Product/Engineering teams and the partner’s technical staff. You will proactively follow up on outstanding hurdles to ensure the "next step" is always identified and assigned
Documentation & Audit: Create and maintain standardized "Integration Folders" for every partner. You will be responsible for the accuracy of partner-facing onboarding materials and internal enablement resources
Sales & Success Support: Ensure that once a POC is successful, all documentation is handed off seamlessly to the Enablement team to support a full market launch

Our take

New streaming platforms and CTV provide novel data, with great potential to improve advertising engagement. However, information such as how many times an ad was aired and watched, whether viewers were captivated, and how relevant it is to their viewing preferences can still be difficult to access.

iSpot provides an ad measurement platform for TV, streaming platforms, and DSPs, allowing businesses to measure the success of their marketing campaigns in real time. The platform provides information such as brand recognition, purchase intent, likeability, and audience relevance, allowing businesses to benchmark this information against competitors.

Whilst other marketing platforms tackle similar obstacles, iSpot uniquely categorizes its data into insights that are easily understood and actioned. The company has ensured that its services are integrated with other 300 major streaming platforms and DSPs, futureproofing itself for the new wave of TV viewers, and in 2026 launched an agentic AI platform to augment its offering.
