Role
Who you are
- Analytical Mindset: A love for working with data and metrics, ensuring accuracy and generating actionable insights
- Detail-Oriented Approach: Exceptional attention to detail to maintain the quality and reliability of processes and reports
- Collaborative Spirit: Strong communication skills to foster alignment and teamwork across departments
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRMs and tools like HubSpot and Salesforce, along with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience: 1–2 years in a revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or similar role
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycles is a plus
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and reporting tools; experience with Tableau or Power BI is desirable
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

What the job involves
- As our Revenue Operations Admin Assistant at AutogenAI, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue-generating teams
- You will manage data, refine processes, and facilitate collaboration across sales, marketing, and customer success teams
- This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, with exposure to key business operations and growth initiatives
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data within CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other revenue tools
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics such as pipeline health, lead conversion rates, and customer retention
- Perform data hygiene tasks, including de-duplicating records and updating contact details
- Implement and document scalable workflows for sales, marketing, and customer success
- Collaborate on initiatives to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Assist in the configuration and management of tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and other RevOps platforms
- Ensure the proper integration of tools across the tech stack to support seamless data flow and reporting
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment on key initiatives
- Support cross-functional projects, such as campaign tracking or onboarding improvements

Utilising the latest advances in natural language processing, AutogenAI seeks to replace manually-generated content with text generated by its General Language Engine, also known as Genny-1. Its multi-disciplinary team works with clients to understand their needs, collates existing text to fine tune its model to that company's voice, then deploys Genny-1 in the areas of the business where it will have the greatest impact.
While this is likely to produce the best returns in bid proposals and other high value-add activities, AutogenAI can be applied to a wide range of internal and external business processes such as marketing, sales and public relations. As the use of AI becomes more mainstream, AutogenAI seeks to position itself as a vital tool in all forms of business communication, and substantial funding rounds show that it is well poised to achieve this.
