What the job involves
- CMC Markets have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payment Reporting Analyst to join the business to cover a 12 months maternity period
- Please note this is a part-time role (4 days a week) and will be based onsite at out office in Liverpool Street
- The Payment Reporting Analyst will be working to streamline the reporting process and provide Insight on the payments data; for example measuring the benefits and/ or costs of development changes
- The role reports to the Senior Payments Network Manager and will also work closely with the Head of Payments and the Payments Business Analysts
- There is a large amount of change within the Payments “Industry” and we are always looking to see how we can benefit from these changes
- The role allows several interactions across the business such as Finance, Business Intelligence, Operational Risk, Payment Developers and the wider Business Operations Team
- The Payment Reporting Analyst will work with the Senior Payments Network Manager and Head of Payments to create a suite of monthly reports
- Streamline the monthly reporting process with the aim of completing all reports by working day 3
- The Payment Reporting Analyst will work with Business Intelligence to add attributes to the existing data sets
- Understand and own the Payment transaction reporting to regulators
- Work with the Business Analysts to provide metrics related to payment change
- The Payment Reporting Analyst will work with the Payment Operations Managers to provide reports to assist with the monitoring of controls and tracking of incidents
- Work with Finance to model payment transaction charges for the group
- Work with Complaints to track Payment related complaints and associated costs
- The Payment Reporting Analyst will actively interrogate the data to understand all Payment flows and point out anomalies
- Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of AML, CASS, KYC, GDPR, banking sanctions and FCA regulations, and all other applicable laws and regulations to ensure that handling of customer accounts and client funds fully complies at all times within these rules and regulations
