Senior Sales Manager, Lun

• You have 4+ years of experience in sales, business development or a related function
• You speak German with native-level fluency, and English at a professional level
• You have previous experience selling to or working with contractors and tradespeople
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills, including but not limited to cold calling, pitching, presenting, demo’ing, etc
• You are an excellent collaborator, and skilled at aligning and managing internal and external stakeholders
• You thrive in a work environment with high expectations of ownership, velocity, resilience and clarity
• You are passionate about contributing meaningfully, concretely and positively to fighting climate change

• We’re looking for a German-speaking Senior Sales Manager to help us launch and drive revenue growth in the new market
• This is a sales-focused role for a driven self-starter who can build relationships, close deals and achieve sales targets in a new market, while working closely with our Product and Customer Success teams
• You will report to the Go-To-Market Lead for the German market
• The overarching objective of the go-to-market (GTM) team in Germany is to grow Lun’s product with active installers, and achieve a sizable share of the heat pump installer market in Germany by the end of 2024
• Executing Lun’s GTM strategy in Germany including lead generation and qualification, prospecting, and leading product demos
• Being the first point of contact with Lun’s installer customers in Germany
• Growing our customer base in Germany to become the market leader
• Participating in onboarding new customers, and helping resolve customer concerns or issues along with Lun's internal teams
