Role
Who you are
- Proven experience (2+ years) in engineering management or a similar leadership role in a SaaS or e-commerce-focused organization
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and system design
- You have one or more experiences (3+ years) in ReactJS
- Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and develop engineering teams
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and modern engineering practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you speak English and Spanish
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a focus on driving business impact through engineering excellence
- You are comfortable with both Cloud and On-premise environments

- We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and inspire our talented team of software engineers
- You will play a critical role in driving the development of our cutting-edge products, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact projects

- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of engineers (4 to 8) to achieve their best performance
- Technical Guidance: Provide architectural and design leadership, ensuring technical excellence and scalability
- Hands-on senior software engineering, you are also able to code part of your time (20%)
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are on time and within scope
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and QA, to define and deliver high-quality solutions
- Recruitment & Retention: Identify hiring needs, participate in recruiting efforts, and foster a culture that attracts and retains top talent
- Continuous improvements & process optimization: Implement and refine engineering processes, tools, and best practices to enhance productivity and quality
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to leadership and stakeholders
- Team roadmap: in collaboration with your Team Product Manager, you will build the quarterly roadmap of the team
- The Product XP team supports the UI & UX for our 4 products in our suite: NetMarkets, NetAmplify, NetRivals and NetMonitor
- The missions of the team are:
- Own the frontend ecosystem and support the ongoing transformation to ReactJS
- Deliver a cohesive user experience by unifying experience for our 4 products
- Develop cross-sell use-case within our portfolio of 4 products
- Manage the customer access & subscriptions across the product suite

Lengow was built to solve difficulties faced by e-merchants who had to undertake the tedious process of setting up and selling products on a variety of different marketplaces and online channels. Fast forward to today, and this problem is still relevant. With the rise of the digital world and the significant increase of online sellers, e-merchants still have to work through this long process, meaning that Lengow's offerings are still sought after.
Through its centralised platform, Lengow aims to automate as many steps in the process of listing products across different selling sites. The company does this through allowing product imports through a product management system to allow them to be posted on multiple channels instantly. Lengow also offers additional services including stock management, order tracking, and marketing strategies to optimise distributor and brand performance.
Lengow continues to evolve its platform to meet the growing demands of global eCommerce. Recent expansions and enhancements, including advanced analytics, pricing intelligence, and broader European and international reach, allow the company to deliver more value to e-merchants while simplifying multi-channel management.
