What the job involves
- Sophos is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our world-class Americas Regional Marketing team

- Reporting to the Manager, Americas Regional Marketing, the Americas Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives across the Americas region - helping to drive growth, improve operational consistency, and enhance collaboration across marketing, sales, and partner teams

- Drive operational consistency across the Americas marketing function by coordinating field, partner, and regional programs through AI-driven insights and automation tools
- Support the coordination of event activities from planning through execution, lead import, data management, and post-event reporting to ensure smooth audience engagement
- Oversee lead management and data enrichment to maintain accuracy and optimize routing across Salesforce and connected systems
- Execute and optimize marketing campaigns using AI-enhanced tools to improve targeting, content performance, and reporting
- Support internal communications and enablement, ensuring marketing programs are effectively shared across Sales Development, Sales, and other internal teams
- Maintain marketing calendars and SLAs through automation-driven dashboards that ensure visibility, accountability, and on-time delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, PR, sales, and finance teams to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with global initiatives

Leveraging AI and machine learning, Sophos' system automates the detection and blocking of over 99% of threats, meaning its analysts only have to hunt down and stop the most sophisticated attackers. As well as its Managed Detection and Response (MDR) product - which, serving over 15,000 customers, is the most-used on the market - the company also delivers Incident Response Services for those experiencing an active threat.
Sophos is not a new player in the cybersecurity space, but has demonstrated its dedication to innovation with continued product launches, updates, and acquisitions such as that of BAE spinout SOC.OS that have kept its tech at the front of the market. Alongside many of its peers, the effects of the economic climate have caused Sophos to cut staff as it focusses on achieving “the optimal balance of growth and profitability", but this recent hiccup does not take away from its position as a market leader continuously leading adaption in the space.
