Who you are

- We’re on the hunt for a strategic and visionary product marketing pro to drive go-to-market strategies with the APAC region that are designed to increase brand awareness in the territory, drive pipeline and push for greater adoption and advocacy of the Fireblocks platform
- As the Director, Deal Desk, you will be responsible for managing our global Deal Desk team, leading the development and implementation of operational policies, processes, and infrastructure to enable our global go-to-market (GTM) strategy
- You’ll partner with leadership to implement scalable processes and tools, drive operational business planning, and orchestrate a business rhythm enabling the company to grow
- Partner with GTM teams to deliver commercial proposals and contracting documents in line with business and compliance objectives
- Be a key business partner in driving and optimizing operational productivity across the quote-to-cash process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the organization to identify, develop, and execute on enablement impacting revenue organization performance, engagement, and development
- Facilitate the assessment and prioritization of projects within the revenue operations function to ensure allocation of resources to the highest and best use
- Monitor processes and systems to enable timely and accurate reporting of revenue metrics to cross-functional stakeholders
- Orchestrate reporting and insights to measure effectiveness, growth, and productivity
- Lead the Deal Desk function towards re-imagining key processes to optimize operational efficiency
- Streamline business planning process together with global operations, enablement, leadership, and Finance
- Contribute to the development of insights and actionable recommendations on revenue performance, trends, opportunities, and risks across the prospect and customer lifecycle
Our take
The derivatives market has always been attractive for larger investors, but some of the hurdles to overcome are capital efficiency, custody and security. Fireblocks allows for the trading of derivatives on any asset, using any form of collateral while receiving cross-margin benefits across counterparties. Essentially, it enables institutional traders to move digital assets without the operational or security headache.
Fireblocks is banking on assets like cryptocurrencies becoming a new part of the mainstream trade of financial institutions. Although cryptocurrencies are known for being notoriously unstable, when traded properly they can be hugely profitable. So, in a safer landscape, there is a lot of incentive for new participants.
Basically, by raising security standards, a new crop of institutional entities is able to set up shop in the crypto world. This means more business for Fireblocks, and a stabler market which then attracts even more interested parties. The company continues to develop its offering, for example through the recent acquisition of TRES which enables it to deliver the first complete operating system for digital assets.
