Senior Graphic Designer, Fyxer

• 5+ years experience as a graphic + brand + digital designer in an agency or startup, ideally within Tech, DTC, B2B, or similar fast-paced environments
• Exceptional strategic and hands-on design skills, demonstrated in a strong portfolio emphasizing performance-driven digital assets (Meta, LinkedIn, Google ads
• Ability to execute basic motion graphics, elevating visual storytelling
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional visual and brand sensibilities, and a rigorous approach to design execution
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (primarily Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Highly proactive communicator, comfortable working autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally
