Who you are

Proven track record managing managers of agile teams, setting goals and ensuring their successful delivery
You have a software engineering background and have the ability to analyse and reason about complex systems as well as understand the requirements for effective software delivery
You can utilise different leadership styles and your situational awareness to guide teams forward even in complex situations
You have effective communication skills that can guide and inspire your teams
It’s a plus if you have first hand experience working with products that have a high degree of automatisation and integrations at their core and understand the domain we’re operating in

What the job involves

Own the automation department's tech strategy and roadmap. Ensure that the automation and integration goals are overall aligned with company goals by collaborating with senior management throughout the organisation
Be a mentor and coach to an excellent team of technical leaders and support them in their personal development
Actively recruit new leaders and team members
Ensure that our products are built in time and with a consistent and industry leading customer experience
You regularly assess and monitor the state of teams, technology and processes and advocate for best practices
