Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on growth, monetization, or enterprise solutions
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with AI-driven products or in the creative technology space - a plus
What the job involves
- As the Product Manager for the Growth team, you will own and drive the squad’s vision and execution across monetization, retention, and enterprise offerings
- You will be instrumental in designing strategies that maximize the value LTX Studio delivers to users and businesses while ensuring our growth targets are achieved
- Own and optimise the user journey, from onboarding to value.
- Develop and execute initiatives to drive user activation, retention, and revenue growth
- Optimise pricing models, subscription plans, and other revenue streams to increase conversion rates and customer lifetime value
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop tailored workflows, features, and services for enterprise customers
- Identify and address specific needs within the B2B market
- Leverage analytics and user research to understand growth opportunities, measure success, and prioritize initiatives to ensure growth targets are met
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive the product to success
