• We are seeking a versatile Lead Business Intelligence Analyst with strong communication skills and a proven track record of working with data and stakeholders across various business functions
• The ideal candidate will have experience in data quality management, business intelligence (BI) development, and automating data processes
• This role is suited for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams, using data to drive business insights and improvements
• 8+ years of experience as a Lead BI analyst or in a similar role, with a wide range of skills in data management, analysis, and reporting
• Experienced Data Expert: Someone with 8+ years of experience across various roles in data architecture, business intelligence, and automation
• Visualization: Strong experience in visualization such as tableau, Power BI, Looker or other tools. Having strong business acumen to tell a story from data
• Hybrid BI Leader: The ideal candidate might be a strong technical leader who has been in roles that span across both data governance and BI development, likely coming from a background of data engineering or architecture but with significant exposure to MDM and RPA initiatives
• Experienced Data Expert in data architecture, business intelligence, and automation who has managed governance, MDM, BI solutions, SQL, Python
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical teams and business users
• Hands-on experience with automating data processes, improving workflows, and increasing data efficiency
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, capable of deriving insights from complex data sets
