Role
Who you are
- Minimum 1 year closing sales in a B2B or B2C environment
- Autonomous and conscientious approach to lead generation
- Independent, hard working individual looking to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced rocketship of a start-up
- Excellent communicator with high emotional intelligence
- A smart salesperson sick of a "smile and dial approach" thrives on building value and closing business daily
Desirable
- Experienced in the recruitment industry, preferably closing regular sales with executive level talent
What the job involves
- Own the full sales process from lead generation to sale
- Flexible to pivot conversations to different use cases confidently and effectively
- Represent the company to our prospects and clients to an impeccable standard
- High intensity individual that can handle a minimum of 5 demonstrations daily
