Role
Who you are
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot, Python, and Angular (preferred)
- Strong experience in full-stack development with a focus on backend technologies
- Familiarity with startup environments and a passion for working at our stage of growth
- A track record of delivering features at velocity while maintaining high standards for code quality
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate decisions and solutions effectively, while engaging meaningfully with the team and naturally participating in discussions and idea sharing

- As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll be a key contributor to our engineering organization, focusing on building user-facing features and the scalable backend systems that support them
- Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver AI-driven analytics and insights to our customers
- This is a high-impact role ideal for someone excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment, iterating quickly, and contributing to the core of our product's success
- Work on user-facing features that leverage our core data pipeline capabilities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend features and infrastructure using Java Spring Boot and Python
- Work with our Angular frontend to create smooth, integrated experiences between the frontend and backend
- Build new product features that deliver engaging and actionable insights to users
- Contribute to architecture decisions, ensuring our tech stack aligns with business needs and growth
Application process
- The process depends on the role. For all positions, we like to start with a quick intro call just to make sure we're aligned
- From there, we typically do a longer (45min) call with one of our team members that can appropriately vet your skills & "speak your language" - on the engineering side, this might mean some technical questions, while on the sales side we ask you to build a quick presentation about yourself
