What the job involves
- In this role as the Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing Lead you will support the design, development and delivery of the diversity, inclusion and engagement strategy and agenda in Healios
- You will be responsible for building an inclusive, compassionate and innovative culture; a place to actively celebrate the cultures, personalities and preferences of our colleagues – who in turn help to build the success of our business and reflect the diversity of the communities we work with
- You will work with key internal and external stakeholders to create regular internal and external content and events, aimed at achieving our wellbeing, engagement and inclusion objectives and ensure we continue to develop as an employer of choice
- This role will set within our People Operations team, however we want you to drive our collaboration and engagement across the full business

- Lead in the formulation and implementation of the D&I and wellbeing strategy
- Create and co-manage with internal stakeholders the annual awareness and engagement calendar, including playing a lead role in the planning and delivery of annual events such as International Women's Day, Mental Health Awareness week, Pride
- Devise and deliver initiatives against agreed D&I targets
- Produce ongoing data to review the D&I, wellbeing and engagement activity, sharing progress and demonstrating our ongoing investment in becoming the number one employer
- Work closely with team members to align practices and behaviours to the company vision, values and strategic goals
- Build external networks to share best practice and build new insights for the company
- Anticipate potential risks and issues and put a structure in place to effectively manage and mitigate these
- Leading workshops both virtually and sporadically in our London office on collaboration of thoughts and application

Healios is a digital healthcare company specialising in mental health and neurodevelopmental services. It aims to innovate in the healthcare industry by providing patients with a service that blends specialised technology with the expertise of clinicians, aiming to help patients not only gain a better understanding of their health condition and improve it but also to feel supported along the way.
The way that care is delivered to patients is outdated and inefficient. The company's purpose is to provide better care, faster and cheaper. It achieves this as its platform digitises the clinical pathway, enabling children, adults, and their family members to use clinical services at home. This also allows the company to create detailed reports about a patient's condition and KPIs for measuring condition improvements.
Launched in 2013, Healios has now worked with 65% of NHS Mental Health Trusts, with 70,000 specialized clinical sessions delivered, which is a high success rate for a startup considering how hard it is to get NHS approval.
Unlike some startups in the area of mental health, Healios is not a marketplace of advisers but is an end-to-end provider of these services, which means it already has a leg-up on its competitors in the market.
