Senior Account Based Marketing Manager, DocuSign

• 8+ years of experience in demand, field marketing, or customer engagement programs for enterprise technology companies with a track record of successful results
• Minimum of 3 years doing ABM for large enterprise accounts
• Enterprise software and/or SaaS expertise with familiarity of the technology sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture and engage throughout the buyer’s journey
• Experience working closely with leadership teams and sales executives to develop marketing processes, strategies, and content requirements
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on ABM performance metrics, effectively interpret data to evaluate pipeline needs; provide data-driven recommendations to support ABM objectives
• Experience with modern ABM martech stack, Marketo/Eloqua, and Salesforce

Desirable

• This position is responsible for strategic planning, development, and implementation of ABM plans for priority accounts within the enterprise customer base of our strategic industries (FinServ, HLS, and others). This professional will partner with sales leaders and account owners/teams to meet growth objectives and accelerate pipeline, product adoption, and renewals. The ideal candidate has experience planning and executing 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs, is creative, analytical, and has excellent communications and project management skills. This position will work closely with cross-functional marketing and sales teams
• This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Director, North America Marketing and is designated Flex
• Plan, execute, measure and optimize ABM programs (1:1 and 1:few) to expand into new departments, increase product usage, and grow revenue from enterprise accounts
• Participate in strategic planning with account owners/teams to understand goals and program requirements, and translate into ABM strategy with detailed plans that drive impact
• Analyze pipeline trends and ABM program performance to enhance account planning and inform account segmentation strategies for 1:few/cluster campaigns
• Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing teams to identify the most effective messages, materials, channels and calls to action for personas within target accounts
• Create and execute customized ABM campaigns, determine custom content requirements, and leverage a marketing mix of digital, events, email, and white-glove experiences to ensure effectiveness
• Own campaign performance for strategic accounts by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of campaign activities on influenced pipeline, database growth, deal cycle acceleration, and other KPIs. Recommend optimization strategies to improve outcomes
• Assess new ABM trends, share ABM best practices across the marketing organization, contribute to the long-term strategy of DocuSign’s ABM practice
