Who you are

  • You have first professional experience, ideally in a client-facing role
  • You are in the middle of your studies Bachelor or Master
  • You are both fluent in German and in English
  • You have excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • You know how to efficiently manage your time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • You are curious and always willing to learn
  • You are action driven and solution oriented
  • You demonstrate agility skills and working with collaborative tools is something natural for you (e.g: G-Suite)
  • You have a healthy balance between tenacity and humility
  • Bonus: a strong interest in data and/or developed commercial skills

What the job involves

  • As part of the Customer Success Team, you will have your own portfolio (20 to 30 clients) and will be fully onboarded until you become autonomous to:
  • Onboard new customers and develop strategies to enable best adoption of our coaching solutions
  • Monitor adoption and engagement metrics to ensure the success of the roll-out
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Sales teams to ensure successful renewals
  • Gather feedback, analyze the user experience and make proposals to improve the experience (monitoring and analysis of KPIs)
  • In addition to the management of your client portfolio, you will also have the opportunity to:
  • Learn from our experienced CSMs and support them with the organization and coordination of their projects, business objectives and daily tasks
  • Help prepare key meetings with strategic clients
  • Participate in cross functional projects
  • Collaborate with other CoachHub Markets (FRANCE, NWE, etc.) to share best practices
  • Partner with cross functional teams to benchmark, evaluate and improve processes and recurring tasks
