• In your role, you'll work closely with the rest of the Sales team to seek out new business opportunities and start meaningful conversations with potential clients in Germany and the wider DACH region
• Familiarise yourself with the company’s vision and core tenants, (excellence, trust, and happiness at work.)
• Conduct market research and identifying potential clients
• Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
• Show the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
• Identify new business opportunities and partners
• Provide support to the sales team on all aspects of the sales process
• Research companies, sectors, and markets to optimise our approach
• Work closely with the senior business development team to strategise on key accounts
• Define and implement intelligent outbound campaigns – email, phone, events and more
• Identify and target future key clients and contacts
• Secure initial meetings with senior executives and create new business opportunities
• Look for opportunities to innovate and optimise lead generation
• Implement a multi-prong approach to targeting accounts, including emails/phone calls/LinkedIn
