Who you are
- If you want to help accelerate your sales career in the booming SaaS industry for years to come then this is the role for you
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a quota carrying role preferably in the SaaS and/or PaaS space but not required
- Experience with consultative, value-based selling and a proven track record of exceeding quota
- Worked with multi-product offerings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Travel may be required
What the job involves
- As Own continues to scale into the next phase of growth, we are looking for an ambitious Senior Account Executive to hunt for new business
- In this quota carrying role, you will prospect for brand new potential accounts and ultimately convert them into paying customers
- We are looking for a true ‘hunter’ mentality - mapping out key accounts in your territory and creating a strategy to execute, and ultimately close the business
- This lucrative role is a combination of cold calling, personalized outreach, and strategic planning
- Confidently create and own your Territory Plan, prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Identify key stakeholders to drive new business relationships and become a trusted advisor
- Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual booking objectives
- Collaborate and work with broader teams (TAMs, SDR’s SEs, Marketing) to help build Mutual Success Plans with customers
- Participate in our world class sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programs
