Role
Who you are
- Proven experience as a Creative Lead, Senior Creative, or Head of Creative - ideally from an agency background, or from a senior in-house creative leadership role within a consumer or product brand
- A strong, diverse portfolio that spans multiple creative disciplines — you understand what exceptional photography, video, 3D visualisation, motion and graphic design looks like, and you know how to push each one further.
- Deep, genuine understanding of brand identity, visual language and the principles that make a brand distinctive, consistent and powerful at scale
- Highly conceptual thinker with the ability to take a brief and develop bold, original ideas that connect with a consumer audience - and bring a team with you to execute them
- A highly organised and proactive approach with the ability to deliver prompt and accurate reporting
- Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively and effectively as part of a wider team, with the ability to build positive working relationships across functions and contribute to shared goals
- Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing multi-disciplinary creative teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of creative production processes — from photoshoot and video production planning through to asset delivery across digital and physical channels
- Commercially grounded — you need to understand Marketing as well as you do Creative - so the work that’s produced is grounded in insight to drive business results that performs as well as it looks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - you can articulate creative vision clearly and compellingly to both creative practitioners and senior business stakeholders
- Strong competence in the core tools used across the creative team, including Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, and video/motion production workflows
- Experience working with or managing creative output across multiple international markets is an advantage

What the job involves
- Omlet is a design-led brand with a strong visual identity and an ambitious creative vision. Our products are distinctive, our audience is passionate and the creative opportunity is significant. We're now looking for a Creative Lead to own that opportunity. Someone who can set the creative standard, lead a talented multi-disciplinary team and push our visual output to places it hasn't been yet.
- This is a hands-on role. You'll be directing and elevating Omlet's creative output across photography, video, 3D, graphic design and campaign production - all culminating in marketing assets that deliver creatively and commercially. You'll be as comfortable giving detailed feedback on a product render as you are presenting a campaign concept to the senior leadership team. You’ll be expected to lead the team but also where necessary jump on the tools to help get things over the line.
- The ideal candidate might have started in a creative agency, and shifted to an in-house environment to bring that creative rigour to life with a brand you can own in the real world. Either way, you'll know what great looks like across every discipline in your team - and you'll have the confidence, vision and warmth to bring others with you.
- Own Omlet's visual identity across all creative outputs - from product photography and campaign video to 3D renders, animation, graphic design, social content and print
- Act as the creative consultant of the business - setting the bar, challenging the ordinary, and championing the highest standards of craft and execution at every touchpoint
- Directly lead and mentor the Photographer, Videographer, 3D and Graphics Designer, Graphic Designer and Creative Production Manager
- Build and nurture a collaborative, high-performing creative culture - where every team member is challenged, supported and continuously growing in their craft
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Ecom and Retail teams to ensure creative output is aligned with broader business goals and campaign calendars.
