Who you are
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager
- Proficiency in creating and executing go-to-market strategies within SaaS or related field
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
Desirable
- Experience with B2B software marketing
- Familiarity with the Insurance market; MGA and carrier challenges
- Experience in a high-growth environment, contributing to processes and procedures
What the job involves
- We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager, who is looking for a new challenge and opportunity to advance their skills and career in our award winning, collaborative Marketing team here in the UK
- Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for driving go-to-market activities, competitive intelligence, messaging and positioning of our platform
- You’ll have a deep understanding of our users’ psychology and enjoy solving complex problems. If you’re passionate about researching and addressing client needs through developing effective communication strategies then this is the perfect role for you!
- You’ll work closely with our Sales, Product, Engineering and Client Success teams, along with external partners to refine value propositions, align on marketing goals and deliverables
- Execute successful product/ platform capability launches and enhance the platforms visibility in the market
- Drive platform adoption rates, increase lead conversions, and establish the platform as the go-to solution in the Insurance Technology space
- Conduct competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Create sales enablement materials, highlighting the platforms features and benefits for our sales and marketing teams
- Collaborate with our product team to build and develop persuasive, value-oriented materials which will support the INSTANDA global GTM strategy
- Develop insights into clients use of the platform, identifying opportunities and refine buyer personas
- Lead product launch campaigns, webinars and promotional activities
- Manage the marketing budget and approval processes with the Head of Marketing

Instanda has brought much-needed innovation into the insurance industry by offering its users a no-code, customisable platform upon which they can build a consumer front-end. The company's platform is updated as frequently as every few weeks to accommodate the needs of its customers' end users, promising them up-to-date offerings without the technological investment.
The insurance market is enormous, and big established players are always looking for new distribution channels. Thanks to this, Instanda has onboarded leading insurers like Hiscox, Vitality, and AXA - a critical move, as its success is dependent on attracting and retaining these big brands.
The company has steadily grown its customer base, and secured partners such as Deloitte and Microsoft. The insuretech boom has no doubt contributed to Instanda growing its footprint, and enabled it to raise new funding in 2022. The investment is cited to fuel growth across Europe, the US, Japan and the United Arab Emirates, as well as supporting the rapid improvement of the platform's capabilities and creation of a future-proofed marketplace.
