Sales Development Representative, Mia-Platform

• At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
• Strong english communication and writing skills

Desirable

• Develop a deep understanding of Mia-Platform's products and services and effectively communicate their value to potential clients
• Generate new business opportunities through research, cold-calling, and email campaigns
• Qualify and prioritize inbound leads and inquiries, and follow up with potential clients in a timely manner
• Manage and update the company's CRM system to ensure accurate data and effective lead management
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads
• Work with the marketing team to create and implement lead generation campaigns and events
• Track and report on sales metrics and provide feedback to the company's management team
