  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset, with the capability to derive insights from data and research to inform strategic decision-making
  • Familiarity with international sales processes, market dynamics, and cultural nuances

What the job involves

  • Amazon Live operates at the intersection of content, commerce, and community, bringing stories to life through video content on Amazon Live
  • We are seeking a Sr. Brand Success Manager responsible for spearheading the strategy and execution of Amazon Live's Brand Success initiatives in international markets
  • This customer-obsessed leader will combine best practices from the US Brand Success program with deep knowledge of international sales to build scalable standard operating procedures and oversee all international campaign execution
  • They will work closely with the international sales team to drive advertiser success and continuously optimize operational workflows
  • Develop and execute the overall brand success strategy for Amazon Live's international markets, leveraging data and insights to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery for international campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact
  • Partner closely with the international sales team to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and sales pipeline, translating this into effective brand solutions and campaign strategies
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical expertise and strategic guidance to international advertisers on the Amazon Live platform, from ideation to execution
  • Bridge gaps in team dynamics, processes, and systems to enable efficient and effective collaboration across regions
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, content, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and maximum impact
  • Establish scalable standard operating procedures, training programs, and knowledge-sharing practices to enable the international team's success
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance data and customer feedback to identify areas for optimization and innovation
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitive landscape to proactively recommend new brand solutions and features
