We’re looking for an Office Manager to run the day-to-day experience of our New York headquarters
This role is about creating a well-organised, welcoming office where people have what they need to do great work and enjoy being together
Own the physical office environment, including decor, layout, cleanliness and overall vibe
Manage office supplies, snacks and refreshments, keeping everything stocked and tidy
Ensure employees have the IT and equipment they need, coordinating with internal and external partners as required
Organise cultural initiatives and in-office moments such as team events, celebrations and seasonal activities
Be the first point of contact for office-related questions, issues and vendors
Support health, safety and basic office policies to keep the space running smoothly
