Who you are

3–5 years of experience in SaaS or startup sales, ideally within <30-person organisation.
Strong communicator with internal and external stakeholders
Organised, process-driven and proactive
Comfortable in an early-stage environment with limited handholding
Confident networking in person, taking initiative, and leading follow-up
Experience with tools like Attio, Loom, Slack, Notion, Calendly, etc

Desirable

Bonus if you’ve worked in healthcare or regulated sectors.

What the job involves

Own the sales cycle from first contact through to free trial sign-up
Build and optimise sales processes across both individual GP Practice and PCN/ICB deal types
Partner with onboarding and customer success to ensure smooth handovers
Identify and develop sales materials to support conversion
Collaborate with Marketing to run nurture and re-engagement campaigns
Attend industry events with the CEO
Maintain high data hygiene in Attio (CRM) and report on lead and free trial KPIs
