Data Analyst, InstaFreight

• A minimum of two years of working experience as a data or business analyst
• Ideally, a master's degree in a quantitative subject (e.g. engineering, finance)
• Strong skills in problem-solving and communication to customers along with a curious, independent and driven approach
• An interest in quantitative exploration and analysis
• Distinct business intuition and ability to understand complex business systems
• Fluency in English and German - additional languages are an advantage

Desirable

• InstaFreight is looking for a Data Analyst (m/f/x) to join our Solution Design and Implementation Team. As such, you will be the main partner for the various internal and external stakeholders of the Transport Management Division and the bridge to the central Business Intelligence Team
• Be a key agent for internal stakeholders in analyzing complex business problems and provide data-driven and actionable solutions
• Conduct customer-project-driven work, such as KPI Dashboards in close collaboration with the Implementation, Operations, Product and Business Development teams
• Explore the data orbit for strategic and operational insights as well as developing tool prototypes to further improve the efficiency and quality of internal processes
• Take full ownership of your projects incl. stakeholder management and communication of updates/results (e.g. jour fixes, final presentation)
• Champion best practices and data literacy across the organization
• Come up with new project opportunities for yourself and pitch them
