Role

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, with practical project management skills
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume tasks and manage multiple streams of work independently
  • Experience in SaaS technology, ideally within the cybersecurity sector
  • Ability to analyse marketing campaigns and report on performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English
  • Proficiency in setting up campaigns using HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Bonus: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools like Jira, Monday.com, or Asana
  • Willingness to travel to the UK, Europe and potentially to the US

What the job involves

  • We’re searching for a Marketing Specialist who’s excited to help drive our marketing efforts and support our global initiatives
  • Your role will be essential in keeping our campaigns, marketing projects and events running smoothly to support revenue growth for Zivver
  • In this position, you'll be executing global marketing campaigns and guiding how we turn them into focused regional activities
  • You’ll support with coordinating the deliverables for all campaigns and helping to build digital activities in Hubspot, and with monitoring the results of the activities
  • You will also be focused on organising global events, with a particular focus on our growth markets in the US and the UK and supporting the local team in NL
  • You’ll manage logistics, coordinate event kits and merchandise, and ensure everyone is well-prepared and informed to deliver consistent and successful events
  • You’ll also play a key role in supporting our sales team
  • This means streamlining processes, developing and maintaining sales materials that align with our buying journey, and creating engaging presentations
  • You will also work closely with Product Marketing and Content teammates, minimising administrative tasks and provide guidance to the sales team
  • Additionally, you'll be responsible for executing social media campaigns
  • While our agency handles the strategy, you’ll ensure that all elements are implemented effectively and on schedule
  • Your attention to detail and organisational skills will help keep everything aligned and running smoothly
  • Campaigns: Manage, support and execute global marketing campaigns. Guide the regionalisation of global campaign efforts for local success
  • Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for global and regional marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and conferences
  • Social Media Execution: Implement and monitor social media campaigns in line with our strategy, ensuring timely execution
  • Global Marketing Support: Provide support for global marketing efforts, focusing on key markets in the US and UK
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain sales materials, and support the sales team with presentations and brochures
  • Merchandise and Marketing Kits Oversight: Overseeing the management of marketing merchandise and event kits, ensuring proper distribution, stock management and usage within the business
  • Marketing Translation: Assisting with managing and ensuring accuracy of translations and adaptions of campaigns to regional requirements
  • Marketing team support: Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders and external vendors and ensure all materials are on brand and follow the correct approval processes
  • Internal Communication Enhancement: Facilitate effective communication between the UK and NL teams, support with delivering internal communications plans

It will invest its capital, backed by DN Capital and SmartFin, to continue market expansion in the UK as well as other international markets.
