Role
Who you are
- Our ideal candidate is a multi-tasker that can meet accelerated deadlines, manage detailed projects, is passionate about working on a fast-moving team
- 5+ years of global hiring experience ideally within the high-tech, Pharma, or other related industries, and at least 2 years of people management experience
- Deep knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components, including direct sourcing, behavioral & motivation-based interviewing, employment laws, salary trends, and relationship management
- Strong understanding of global talent markets, employment laws, and recruitment best practices and demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic recruitment plans
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how recruitment and workforce planning impact the overall organization in a consulting environment

- Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication and organizational skills; ability to build trust-based working relationships with candidates, cross-functional peers, and colleagues in the wider HR function
- High level of personal accountability, integrity, and authenticity; ideally you will be detail-oriented, passionate, and intellectually curious
- Proficient in using various sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn and other tools to conduct solid mapping practice
- Entrepreneurial mindset and creative problem-solving ability
- Experience leading diverse teams; international recruiting experience is preferred
What the job involves
- We are looking for a passionate, upbeat, innovative, and organized person to join us as Recruitment consultant, working under the direct supervision of the Head of HR

- Reporting Relationship: Head of Human Resources
- Deeply understand hiring needs, and partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment with our global business objectives and drive excellence in recruitment plans
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent worldwide
- Be a player-coach and manage a portfolio of requisitions while managing our Americas talent acquisition partners
- Refine and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for talent acquisition, providing regular reports and insights to senior management
- Enhance SLAs, best practices and efficient hiring processes that align with the company's strategic goals and growth plans to improve processes and increase recruitment output
- Collaborate with the local commercial teams to understand relevant HR compliance and labor laws, as well as oversee the recruitment lifecycle to ensure great candidate experience from attraction through onboarding
- Promote and integrate diversity and inclusion initiatives into the recruitment process to ensure a diverse talent pool and equitable hiring practices
- Regularly engage with social media channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn and career site(s) in the form of display, video and webpage content, as well as regular audits

As a result, many food, drink, and pill producers wish to enhance their products with peptides, but discovering the right ones and knowing how to use them requires vast scientific knowledge.
Nuritas leverages AI to provide a peptide discovery platform, partnering in-house scientists with food and pharmaceutical corporations to identify and utilize new peptides with health benefits. The company also produces three peptide products for companies to enhance their products with - PeptiStrong for muscle repair, Peptiforce for improved glucose metabolisms, and Peptiyouth for slowing cellular aging.
Natural peptides can be found in all manner of fruits, vegetables, and other consumables, but Nuritas has taken a systematic approach to discover them through AI assistance, identifying their benefits, and using them to enhance products. Through its platform, the company has ultimately made the benefits of peptides accessible to companies regardless of whether they have expert scientists and biologists within their team.
