Role
Who you are
- Our ideal team member will be a high-performing consultative seller who has a history of achieving sales quotas in a performance-driven organization (SaaS preferred)
- 1-3 years of quota-carrying experience, preferably in a SaaS solution-selling environment
- Knowledge of the email marketing/marketing automation space is preferred
- Proven consultative sales solution skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated and driven attitude where you will work towards achieving new goals
- Excellent communication skills & the ability to relate to others
- Highly coachable, eager to learn and grow
What the job involves
- We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team
- At ActiveCampaign, the AE team manages and closes deals through a combination of inbound pipeline and their own self-sourcing and outbound activity
- We obsess over the customer, and believe that a remarkable customer experience starts with heart, intuition, and curiosity
- At ActiveCampaign, the customer experience begins with our sales teams
- Managing a pipeline of active deals from qualification to close
- Generating new opportunities through outbound activity
- Learning and communicating ActiveCampaign's product offerings to prospects and customers with a consultative approach
- Exceeding activity, pipeline and revenue goals monthly
- Consulting with prospects to determine the best solutions for their specific needs
- Conducting demos and/or discovery calls and successfully managing all phases of the selling process

ActiveCampaign provides an integrated platform for email marketing, marketing automation and CRM with the focus on providing businesses with the ability to optimize customer experiences. The platform leverages machine learning and automation to increase the rate that its clients can scale their engagement levels, regardless of whether the user is running a small or large business.
Despite high-profile competitors, the company has found a gap in the market by providing an integrated and unified solution combining hundreds of tools. The platform is available as an entire package for enterprises, but smaller companies can opt for cheaper and streamlined tool kits. In 2022, ActiveCampaign announced the implementation of over 400 customer ideas into its product. It has also partnered with ActiveEngine, the first ActiveCampaign-only agency, to enable businesses to make better discovery calls and close more deals. With the 2024 opening of a hub in Krakow, it is further expanding its European footprint.
