Who you are
- Top-tier Engineering School or Business School background, in a gap-year or final-year internship
- Bold and curious, eager to learn, and you go beyond what is asked of you to deliver maximum value
- With a strong entrepreneurial mindset, you are proactive and autonomous in driving projects forward and taking risks
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong sense of priorities
- Rigorous and methodical, you are efficient and can manage several projects at once
- Pragmatic, you don’t get lost in details and can quickly find simple solutions to problems
- Creative, able to “think outside the box” to solve problems
- Responsible, you take full ownership of your topics and take pride in delivering well-executed, high-quality work
- Interested in programming, no-code or low-code tools, and all kinds of hacks to simplify life and improve efficiency
- Strong written and oral communication skills: able to clearly present progress and obstacles, and share your ideas convincingly and constructively
- Capable of understanding our Business Plan and our levers for growth and profitability as an investment fund
- Fluent in English
- Experience in consulting or investment banking is a strong plus
- Appetite and enthusiasm for sustainable mobility, with the ambition to conquer a fast-growing market with a disruptive value proposition. Experience in electric mobility is a plus — if not, we’ll help you ramp up quickly

Our take
As an investor, installer and operator of EV chargers, Powerdot has become the largest independent charger operator in Portugal. Its business model involves not only installing EV chargers but also maintaining and managing the charging stations. Having launched in Portugal, it has now grown to have a presence in Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland.
What sets Powerdot out from the crowd is its unique business model of partnering with retail space owners at no cost to the latter and with revenue sharing as part of the deal. This value proposition incentivises landowners to install the charging stations on their properties and spaces. Its charging stations are located in shopping malls, gas stations, business centres and municipalities.
The company’s steady growth has been accelerated by 2024 investment from Societe Generale and BNP Paribas, whilst long-term investment has come from Antin Infrastructure Partners. With healthy capital behind it, Powerdot plans to further expand across Europe and become the continent's leading EV operator.
