You have at least 3 years of experience in web integration
You master HTML , CSS /SASS technologies
Responsive Design and BEM type CSS methodologies have no secrets for you
Knowledge of typographic composition principles, Angular templates, web design tools, and accessibility is appreciated

What the job involves

You will occupy the position of Senior UI Dev within Business Technology - the department in charge of designing, developing and administering solutions for Lucca employees and for our partners, made up of 2 teams, responsible for different products
The first team is responsible for 2 main tools:
Cloudcontrol, the internal customer base monitoring tool, used by a large number of Lucca employees as well as some of our partners
The Customer Area, the interface which maintains the privileged link between Lucca and our customer administrators
The second team is dedicated to managing the CRM and their users, and creates, in this context, tools for our Business teams
Your mission will therefore cover both the design of internal and external applications, with the Customer Area where many projects will need your expertise (landing page after signature of a customer, monitoring of deployment projects, centralization of configuration steps of our applications, creation of a training space, etc.)
You will be managed by the lead dev of the Cloudcontrol team and positioned within this team, made up of 9 people with whom you will be in constant interaction (devs and PM)
You will also form a pair with the person in charge of Product Design at Business Technology, in order to implement their models, and vice versa, to help them orient themselves on their feasibility
Your main missions will be to:
Translate graphic models (produced with Figma ) into HTML /SASS/ CSS components
Ensure a good level of interoperability with desktop and mobile browsers on the market
Apply your knowledge of typographic composition principles, Angular templates, web design tools, and accessibility to improve the customer experience
Respect Web standards, show consideration (and argumentation) in the choice of techniques, and also think about maintainability
Produce, think about and adapt responsive views of a design
Contribute to our Prisme design system through its implementation in the Lucca-Front library
Have an advisory role with technical teams, design teams, or supervisory teams
Participate in various meetings of the front and Product Design communities within Lucca
Be curious about design or front issues, and allow these two worlds to communicate as best as possible
One afternoon per week, you will also have the opportunity to contribute more widely to the Lucca design system, and to share guild time with your integrator peers, as well as with designers

Business administration has long been a significant cost, with inefficiencies in payroll, procurement, and internal processes swallowing a large amount of time and effort. An early entrant in the SaaS market, Lucca has been providing finance and administrative software to businesses since 2002, offering solutions for time and activity management, expense reporting and annual reviews - to name just a few of its products.

While there's always been a market for this kind of product, HR tech has really exploded in the past few years. Several younger firms have been making big waves in the space, such as Omnipresent and Staffbase which both received outsized funding in 2022. This is perhaps why Lucca sought investor funding after being bootstrapped for twenty years, closing a major funding round to fuel its expansion across France and beyond.

With a customer base of over 8,700 companies - which includes Accor, Deezer and Rip Curl - and with 39% growth in 2024, Lucca is well positioned to take advantage of the HR tech boom. The company has big plans - it aims to use its funding and revenue to scale its operations, aiming to hire 400 more employees and reach revenues of over €100 million per year by the end of 2025. To do this it is taking aim at not just the French business sector but beyond, beginning with Spain and Switzerland as well as growing its customer base of international enterprises.
