Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering) is a strict requirement; Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Confidence in working in different parts of the stack - we are full stack engineers – but a strong primary focus on Front End technologies
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue, React, Angular)
- Experience with Django or Flask
- A sense of urgency
- Ability to make technical trade-offs, considering both the technical and the business needs, with the ultimate objective of delivering quality code and products
- Communication is key; our work is heavily team-oriented, and we are looking for someone who is comfortable participating and contributing to the team
- A passion for mentoring and coaching more junior team members
- Enthusiasm for adapting to the changing needs of the business
- Excitement about startups and working with a small Agile team; start up experience a plus
- We are looking for engineers who want to learn about the latest technologies to craft scalable and maintainable code
What the job involves
- You will learn all aspects of the system and contribute to them, working across our product, including the chrome extension, editing platform, and replay rendering
- You will work on the highest impact work helping customers create, organize and analyze replays
- You will work on wrangling web standards to serialize and deserialize HTML applications
- You will use Continuous Integration and Test-Driven Development techniques to build rock-solid code
- We’re at the forefront of a new market, so delivering customer value with quality and urgency is imperative to our success

When bringing a product to market, software companies usually require some way to show off the power of the product they have created. However, many methods of creating product demos – such as using genuine customer data, creating dummy accounts, or recording videos/screenshots – have pitfalls.
Reprise is a company that aims to enable sales and marketing teams to create interactive demos and tailored product tours without writing any code. This allows the customers of these software enterprises a chance to fully experience the product, while the company gets insight into what is working.
Reprise hosts demo applications for software enterprises including Pendo, Gainsight, Cloudera and Medallia. It has raised a large amount of capital from multiple successful funding rounds, which will support continued scaling and puts it in a great position to capitalise on rising demand.
