Who you are
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-velocity environment and knows how to translate technical updates into customer-facing storytelling.
- 7-10+ years in product marketing at a B2B fintech, payments, or crypto infrastructure company (required for success in this role)
- Experience supporting fast-moving product teams and building GTM motions for technical products
- Background in payments, digital assets, stablecoins, or brokerage technology is a significant plus
- Innate leader - proactively sets timelines, agendas and cross-functional plans with confidence and clear communication
- Strong storyteller who can turn complex infrastructure products into accessible, compelling narratives
- Ability to think strategically while executing quickly and independently
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a technical, high-growth company
- Strong writing, structuring, and messaging development skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong instincts around positioning and audience needs
- Curious, proactive, and energized by emerging categories and constant product innovation
What the job involves
- We are hiring a Product Marketing Lead / Director of Product Marketing to lead how we position, package, and communicate zerohash’s rapidly evolving product roadmap
- Reporting to the CMO, you will be the connective tissue between Product, Marketing and Revenue—turning complex capabilities into simple, compelling narratives that help partners understand what we've built, why it matters, and how it accelerates their business
- You will own messaging frameworks, partner-launch narratives, GTM strategy for new features, and the ongoing drumbeat that showcases zerohash’s innovation and partner successes
- Product Storytelling & Positioning
- Develop clear, differentiated messaging for zerohash's full product suite across Trade, Transact, and Tokenize lines of business (and their sub-products)
- Translate complex technical features into simple narratives tied to partner value, market trends, and business outcomes
- Maintain and evolve our product positioning as the leading infrastructure platform powering stablecoins, crypto, and tokenization
- Roadmap Translation & GTM Lead
- Partner closely with Product Leadership to understand upcoming releases, roadmap themes, dependencies, and customer impact
- Build and independently lead GTM plans for new features, including positioning, competitive framing, and content required for sales, success, and marketing
- Package product updates for internal teams and external audiences (press, partners, prospects)
- Partner Launch Marketing
- Develop partner-facing messaging for major announcements to drive product education, adoption, and affinity
- Create launch materials including value propositions, FAQs, one-pagers, solution briefs, and sales enablement tools
- Support joint marketing initiatives with key enterprise partners
Our take
Zero Hash provides embedded crypto solutions, including for risk and settlement, post-trade management, compliance, liquidity, and asset management. This breadth of scope, in combination with Zero Hash’s API-driven business model, means its clients can access a competitively broad range of crypto products; and get them up and running competitively fast.
Zero Hash's gamble is that an increasing number of companies will be looking to offer crypto products to their customers, and it's being firmly vindicated. NFT minting, trading, and ownership has skyrocketed over recent years, and crypto trading has broken into the mainstream.
Despite the boom in crypto trading, November 2022's FTX crash has given way to a more cautious market. Internal controls, governance, and closer attention from regulatory bodies have somewhat slowed the pace of trading.
As a global exchange, though, Zero Hash is carving out a role for itself as a watchdog and overseer. Crypto firms such as Juno are turning to Zero Hash to improve the user experience. With some other major players like MoneyLion, DraftKings, and MoonPay under its belt, Zero Hash has risen above the tumult, reaching unicorn status after an impressive 2025 funding round.
